"What renewal of co-development practices? Focus on youth and recent migrations” was the theme of the annual Eunomad European workshop which took place in The Hague, 23-24 November 2011. DCMO, Dutch member of the network, was organizing the event gathering 22 participants of 7 European countries.

 img_2635zipThrough a capitalization work, DCMO identified, collected and analyzed 28 practices. As a result, a synthetic report and a Capitalization note were produced.

The main objectives of the workshop were “to get to know one another and each other’s activities, to construct an analytical grid for youth practices and to strengthen the Eunomad network political positioning in this thematic area.

Moreover, the workshop aims at defining recommendations on “youth and co-development” towards authorities at the European and national levels and key stakeholder in this area . Among its recommendations, Eunomad emphasizes the need to enhance skills of young generations and to support the link with the country of origin to build the citizenship here.
